Here are just a few outfits that I wore this week. I really enjoyed putting together these outfits, and I hope you will be inspired by my style.

Sunday

Let’s start with Sunday August 11th. On this day, I went to church as I do every Sunday when I’m off work. I purchased the zebra print top from asos.com a few years ago. Animal print really wasn’t as popular as it is now so I really didn’t think I would get much wear out of it. I was even thinking about getting rid of it. I’m glad I held on to it a little longer than I expected. I paired it with a neon green satin skirt that I purchased earlier this year from Zara.com. I thought the combination worked well. I also purchased the shoes from Zara.com recently as well. This was my first day wearing them, and they are really comfortable. The handbag was a find from amazon.com. I don’t remember where I purchased the sunglasses from but I’m sure you can find similar on Amazon. The hair clips are also from amazon.com. I felt really cute and ultra feminine in this outfit. It was a little out of my comfort zone, but I had fun playing with color and print.

Monday

I wore this outfit on Monday August 12th. I didn’t do much on this day. I actually met up with my husband for lunch. We hadn’t had a date day in a while since the kids have been out of school, so we were due one. I purchased this jumpsuit last week at H&M. I looked online for this jumpsuit, and my size was out of stock. When I found it at the actual store, I jumped at the chance to purchase it. Those who know me know that I hardly ever shop in store. I guess it was meant for me to have this piece for my collection. I purchased the basket bag from asos.com. The shoes are old and are from asos.com. I recently purchased these sunglasses from an online retailer that I stumbled upon called stories.com.  I purchased my initial necklace from amazon.com. This was a casual and comfy outfit. It worked perfectly to hide my food baby!

Tuesday

I wore this outfit on Tuesday August 12th. I was actually scheduled to work on this day but was called off due to low census at the hospital, so you know I was jumping for joy. I wasn’t planning on doing anything because I was planning on working. I ended up just driving around town just to get out of the house to enjoy the beautiful weather. That evening I had a meeting at my daughter’s school. I guess I’m that mom that goes to their kids school dressed to impress. Again I felt cute and feminine in this outfit. The dress is from H&M.com. The handbag is from mango.com. The shoes are from Express. I ended up changing the shoes before I left home to go to my daughter’s school. There is just something about the type of shoes that you have to tie up. I can’t seem to wear them for too long.

 

Thursday

On Thursday August 15th, I wore this beautiful dress. I guess this was the week of femininity. On this day, my husband and I went on a date day to the movies. We saw the movie Hobbs and Shaw. The dress is from hm.com. H&M has been killing it lately with summer pieces. The shoes are from target.com. The handbag is from Zara.com. The sunglasses are from mango.com. The hair accessory is from hm.com. The necklace and earrings are from mango.com.
